Fighting Cancer, One Game at a Time!
It’s time for the DFW Softball Community to band together for a good cause. That cause is the fight against breast cancer, which is what our men’s and coed teams have been working at all season. We’ve raised over $2,000 so far and are looking to keep that momentum going.
This will be the third year that I honor a friend that served the Softball Community in NTX for many years, Leigh Power. Leigh Power was a senior ASA and USSSA umpire that seemed to work for us each night in Arlington or Fort Worth. Come honor a friend to the softball community while helping a great cause and have a great time doing it.
Here are the Details:

We are handling this like a golf tournament, so if you or your company would like to sponsor a field, the t-shirts, the cost of the umpires, or just want to make a donation, please contact me to do so. Your contribution is tax deductable.
The first thing you should do is read the About Us page so that you can get a good feel for who we are and what we are doing. The Blog will simply be a tool in our mission to make a difference doing something that we all love. You'll catch all sorts of news and information on the blog. Generally speaking, you'll hear all about the great things we are doing on and off the field of play this year. If you want to shoot us a donation. The link is available just to the right. The goal is to raise several thousand dollars by the time the 3 Day Walk comes to Dallas on November 7. Thanks in advance for your help and dedication to this cause.
